Why hiring a photographer with experience matters
The Gol Baroon aka Flower Rain Persian Tradition
The most nerve wracking part of being an events photographer is nailing the moment. Often times we only get one shot to freeze that memory in time.
There are hundreds of things that could go wrong with a moment like this: camera or lighting failure, too many petals getting in the line of sight, a guest walking into the frame, fiddling with camera settings and not being ready especially when this moment only lasts for a split second, and I can go on. To some they might not see this as a big deal, as a photographer the anxiety can be REAL. But after working countless events and weddings I’ve learned to be ready for the moment, pre-plan every possible outcome and potential roadblock.
Hiring an experienced photographer means they come prepared with failsafes for the failsafes, we’re not there merely to take photos, anyone can do that with their phone now! Can things still go wrong? Sure. We are human after all! But we always come prepared to make sure that moments like these are sealed in time with precision.
